HTML5 Subscription Form (+free Download!)

So here is a freebie I threw together for people who are still learning web and HTML, a simple, little HTML5 powered form, styled with CSS3 and using a jQuery fallback.

Freebie includes PSD, full HTML file, css files and jQuery files. This is for learning purposes and personal use, just to show how simple HTML is and notes in the CSS3 file to show what certain things do.
