During the process of getting pre-qualified for auto financing, we could give our customers a decision in a split second, but it makes it seem like the decision isn’t legitimate. So instead, we delay the decision with a series of informative animations that describe what’s happening behind the scenes. By adding visual interest to what otherwise could have been a boring moment, we keep our customers engaged and informed while waiting for their decision.
