On load the property single page will have one larger image dominate the entire page. A large address, price tag and 3 clean icons provide a quick summary before the user scrolls to find out more.

The close X located top right will bring users back to the property index page.

Since every image will have different tones and brightness levels, the opacity of the overlay on top of the background image will be editable by the client via the CMS.
