Share photos with friends and nearby

Had this idea a while ago and just revisited it. Imagine a reddit for photos. Instead of a chronological feed or curation, display photos from the last 24 hours sorted by most "loves" (basically Likes). You could view the top photos from the people you follow, and the top photos from people within a 1 mile radius. Could be interesting for college campuses and cities, where photos from the top events would probably rise to the top.
