I had a very fun time QUICKLY (only a few days) designing the Humans Orbiting Mars report. You can download it here http://hom.planetary.org/ (I had nothing to do with that page). Utilized Roboto, Kanit, and good ol Times for the entire 30+ page document. Fun stuff.
