Tesla Instrument Cluster animation

Gave Framer a spin trying to create an animation in the Instrument Cluster of a car. In the prototype I can't (yet) use user input from the steering wheel, so this Framer prototype would serve as a proof of concept for the motion and feel.

Next to do is an audio fragment on pop-ups.
