Wireframing for 2 different user types

One of the greatest challenges of UX is understanding two similar workflows by different user types. Whilst both users may see the same set of screens, their actions will lead them down different routes, and it's important to make sure each user understands exactly where they are in their own workflow. This becomes especially important when a user can play BOTH of those roles in different situations. The Cu-Cu app allows owners of empty spaces rent out their properties to people for either short-term events or longer-term leases. Here we have the dialogue screens between the two parties, allowing each party to review the other's information, request more information, and ultimately make a decision about whether they want to work together.
