Let the record state, I am not an illustrator. I wanted to create something cute for the TimeKat account creation page for alpha testers to welcome them to the site.

My partner suggested the little waving kitties outside of Chinese restaurants. So here we have the result so far! The next step is to make the arm wave. Let me know if you have any suggestions on how to make her any better!
