One of the highlights of our SHIPP project was creating a CarPlay experience that feels truly natural for drivers. We took a deep dive into driver behaviors, priorities, and needs — from quick access to support, to eco-friendly route suggestions and real-time tracking.

Every button, screen, and flow was shaped by research and real-world testing to minimize distractions and help drivers stay focused on what matters most: safe and efficient delivery.
