The Calendar Menu was designed to provide employees and HR teams with a centralized, organized view of all key schedules—including upcoming meetings, leave dates, onboarding sessions, evaluations, and important company-wide events. It’s a vital part of keeping teams aligned and informed.

Challenge

Many calendar systems fail to provide clarity when handling multiple layers of scheduling—especially in corporate environments with dynamic HR needs. The challenge was to design a calendar interface that is not only visually clean but also supports different event types, color-coding, and filtering without overwhelming the user. Maintaining functionality while ensuring a calm and accessible user experience was a key focus.
