Helio Castroneves Poster- Amelia Concours 2025

Recently, I worked with Hagerty, Inc., for their 2025 Amelia Concours. My role was creating a poster featuring this year's honoree, Helio Castroneves, who won four Indianapolis 500 championship titles. The client wanted to emphasize his four championship rings, but we focused more on the machine.

I tried to create machines with various perspectives but wanted to make them more depth, not plain looking. Ironically, none of the sketches were selected for the final illustration. The final illustration was created in Adobe Illustrator without hand-drawn sketching.

Various versions were created - opaque and translucent with different colors. I liked the black opaque version because I thought that version looked powerful, bold, and grabbed attention easily but the client picked the navy translucent version.
