Winter Fox

Worked on a quick one-day animation for the end card of a couple of dealership commercials for winter. Animated four little critters, each taking a day to make—modeling, rigging, materializing, and animating in C4D, then comping in AE.

Out of all four critters this one was the most challenging to rig and animate.

Ended up using some footage as a reference to animate and time foxes jump.

Combined the jump with a sitting up pose

For the final I ended up having to make the jump a lot higher.
