Sleepy Quail

After months of struggling to draw these birds I just kinda gave up and made one look cute. Look—you'd THINK quails would be easy to draw. They're just a big circle, a little circle, a triangle, and a boopy flippy floppy headpiece. They're so much more than that. The ratio of small circle to large circle has to be just right. Their boopyflip has to be golden ratio'd.

They're harder to draw than horses.
