The Roads Home

Being born, raised, and still living in Florida, I have traveled these Florida roads quite a lot. So, I thought it would be interesting to try and create a Florida map inspired t-shirt design for @50 States Apparel!

Using the branches and fruit of an orange tree, I illustrated the major highways and Florida’s major and minor cities.

Highways: I-10, I-75, I-95, I-4, Florida Turnpike, Alligator Alley

Major cities: Pensacola, Panama City, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami

Minor cities: Lakeland, Ft. Pierce, Melbourne, West Palm Beach, St. Augustine, Cape Coral, Ft. Meyers
