Design.Agency - UI Design - Color Change

This is a rebound of our previous shot, after deciding to play with the UI colors a little bit. Another dribbble'r (@Arthur MB) made a good point about the "light gray" that we used for the original background. After playing around with some tones, I think I found a more suitable background color. We will continue to fine tune the colors some more, but I think we are on a better route now!

Which version do you prefer? Do you have a different color choice you think would really balance this out?
