Mentor Wanted

It's been fun going it alone these past few months, and I feel like I've grown a lot in many ways. One of the things I miss about working with a team, though, is getting feedback and constructive criticism that challenges me and pushes my work forward. I think I've been a plateau for awhile, and want to break out of it. Unfortunately, in St. Pete there isn't a huge design community to turn to for help.

Anyone here have any experience being a mentor or being mentored? What did you like or not like about the experience? I'm looking for someone to provide solid feedback that goes beyond "this is dope" / "this is not dope".
