Making AI look and feel unique through design

Meeting Assistant is an AI-powered tool that, to put it briefly, just makes life easier. It transcribes meetings and translates them, produces real-time coding prompts, and effectively organizes all meeting outputs so that all key information is a swipe away, transforming meetings into actionable sprints and measurable outcomes.

As new AI products emerge by the hundreds, our goal was for Meeting Assistant not to look and feel like just another. We wanted users to immediately sense that it is not only useful but also beautiful to look at and that its design is as creative as it is functional. A product we enjoy looking at is one we will inevitably use more, and the productivity software we normally use is as exciting as a plain wall.

Now, what is one of the few things virtually everyone agrees is mesmerizingly stunning? That’s right—the aurora borealis. It also provides a spectrum of colors associated with it, which naturally forms a color palette. That’s all our branding team needed to get to work. The result? We’ll leave that to your judgment. Personally, it gives us Northern Lights vibes... but then we remember we’re in Barcelona.
