Moar Sidebar Ads

My bright colorful sidebar ads while beautiful were detracting from the site user interface as a whole. Fortunately this website doesn't have any external ads on it, which makes them less disruptive. I decided to tone them back which results in a classier looking sidebar ad. (white background, using white space for contrast, benefits over features in most cases)

I'm still not able to track the effectiveness of these ads :( They are random which means there is not guarantee they will apply to visitor at the time they see them.
