Leveraging the Salesforce architecture, our front and back-end teams were able to design and refine out-of-the-box Salesforce systems to accommodate use cases and common flows for hotel opening teams. We also delivered a branded design system that allows their teams to iterate, evolve, and incorporate backlog updates and enhancements as user metrics and feedback emerge.
