The Dragon King is inspired from the character of Dragon Ball comics, Shen Long. He is a spiritual dragon from Chinese mythology who is the master of storms and also a bringer of rain.
Manual drawing has been done with pen 0.03 / 0.05 / 0.1 / 0.4 + ink. Final retouch and coloring with Adobe Photoshop CS5.
