Project Download Popup

This will be used in a web based application to allow the user to download a project they have worked on. On clicking a button the top popup box will open. Selecting a project fills the right hand side with the information (underlined text will be an input that can be altered) and download button. Really welcome any feedback, that's a lot of empty space on first load, maybe there is a better way?
