One of the initial pages for our Message Center project. It's a version of the welcome screen which requests customer feedback.
The goal was to make what is essentially a customer support chat UI, but avoid the baggage of a chat. I wanted to avoid it feeling *overly* personal, encourage longer messages, and remove expectations of immediate reply.
It's supposed to live within and coexist with its 'parent app', but also feel friendly and approachable. I stuck very close to baseline material design for this reason, but with a few purposeful departures.
