This fall Creditera rebranded to nav. As part of the rebrand I was in charge of redesigning a lot of the interface elements. While in the process of rebranding I read a great article on form readability. That article was some of the inspiration for the current design of Nav's forms going forward.
I've included an edited screen shot of the old form so you can see what I think is a marked improvement. Also attached is an example of how the form behaves in an alert situation. I thought it was pretty clever to replace the logo with the alert message.
