The CRM system, specially developed for the Xhouse real estate agency, has significantly simplified the process of interacting with clients and managing orders. Thanks to this system, agency employees can easily track the status of orders, receive detailed information about data recovery, and quickly respond to customer needs. This increases operational efficiency, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
Her goal was to create an intuitive platform that would give customers a transparent and convenient way to track and manage their orders.

The project actively used design components that helped create a functional prototype and test the system in the early design stages. This made it possible not only to visualize ideas but also to effectively test their performance, consider user needs, and make the necessary adjustments already at the design stage. This approach significantly reduced development time and increased the quality of the final product, providing the user experience at the highest level.

The successful implementation of the CRM system has yielded a significant boost in the productivity of Xhouse agency employees.
