DBC Company was approached to improve the use of the BI Tableau tool in a large Brazilian company in the beverage sector. The project involved a comprehensive product design process, including alignment, research, ideation, creation, validation, and refinement steps. The team identified strategic BI data integration opportunities, carried out in-depth research through interviews and mapped strategic indicators. We also hold ideation workshops, create prototypes and validate solutions with the client.
