The Challenge

Completed in 30 minutes as part of a 30-Day UI Challenge! The challenge was to create a Sign Up Page.

What I Completed

The Sign Up Page I created is for an undetermined Snowboarding App. About 5 minutes was spent moodboarding, another 5 minutes on the low-fi outline and the rest of the time was spent making it Hi-Fi. I did not use Auto Layout, but I did use an 8pt grid system when creating the spacing and font sizes. Lastly, the only component I made was the text form field. Once that was made, it was easy to make sure everything was spaced evenly and looking unified.

Reflection

I would love to be more comfortable using auto layout from the start, and it would have been smart to create variants of the text form field component so that I didn't have to replace each icon by hand. I also wish I had more time to find a wow image. I do think this one is cool because it leads the user into the app, but I am unsure if it is eye catching enough.
