Vector clean up

This afternoon I’m finalising a logotype and wanted to share a quick screenshot in all its plain, un-stylised glory. I’m working left to right fixing up the vector construction, removing overlaps, etc. This is a typical optical adjustment to an ‘x’ to make the centre area look correct. Rather than a geometrically perfect line, both parts of the stroke are shifted slightly outwards in the middle, where they meet. This makes the intersection look correct and smooth whereas otherwise they seem not quite aligned.

Once the paths are merged, I’ll also be moving that upper inner point down slightly to compensate for the darker spot. I (probably) spend far too much time on this stuff, but I like to think it's worth it.
