Managing call flows and templates.

Having an online PBX offers advantages in terms of infrastructure, configurations, and convenience that make it very attractive for medium and large companies with sales teams that need to be very responsive when interacting with their prospects or clients.

We were a team of 2 designers, we divided the flows, and our task was to make them as user-friendly and easy to configure as the processes allowed.
