The story behind this shot

This shot from 2018 was inspired by my thoughts on the sharing economy and my own travel pains. The idea behind the app was to help tourists and locals to find and join local tours and events organized by independent organizers.

This app solves a common problem for tourists and locals: "What interesting events are happening around me right now or soon?". On the other side, it's an excellent solution for local tour guides and event organizers to promote and sell their services.

Quick research in the first half of 2024 showed that the suggested sharing economy mechanism hasn't been implemented by any product yet.

Above is presented the wireflow for the main scenario of searching for events and purchasing tickets (view on an enlarged scale).

To rapidly assemble the app screen mockups, I used the iOS 11 UI kit for the iPhone X.
