In the early days of Alchemy we created culture Guilds, each inspired by a Legendary Alchemist: Perenelle Flamel, Hermes Trismegistus, Ostanes (the Persian), & Nicolas Flamel.

Guild Sorting: Upon joining Alchemy every alchemist took a personality quiz that would sort new product managers, designers and engineers based on common traits into one of our four Guilds. Grouping P&G alchemists from various product teams (pods) drove an incredible amount of fun in-office culture and friendly competition, driving new connections outside of ones product team.
