Increasing completion rate of a critical activation behavior of Publishers

Spotify is a global music streaming platform, known for providing users with access to an extensive library of music content.

The collaboration with Spotify aimed to address a specific user behavior challenge associated with low stakeholder conversion for a particular activation behavior.

It involved identifying a user behavior block and prioritizing key actions, resulting in consensus on the top potential solutions.

Thanks to our training, a minimum of 200+ hours of engineering time has been saved, along with associated costs, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing resource allocation.
