Material Design - Health & Fitness App Icon

I've been working on this icon for an upcoming health & fitness app on Android. I followed Google's Material Design Spec, although I may have bent the rules in a few places. This is my first app icon, and my first shot at applying material design principles. It was quite an arduous and long process to learn, but I am really happy with the result. The concept is based off the icon for the iOS version of this app, and what the client wanted. I may try some other alternatives just for fun, although I am pretty attached to this now.
