Bike New Britain #2014

Project Bike New Britain is a website that was created using Dreamweaver. From my initial comp, I found the colors I wanted to used and laid out a banner that really exemplifies what Bike New Britain is all about. As my comps have evolved, I was able to create clear call to actions that captures the viewers attention.

Additionally, I created my headlines larger and in a clear blue font to organize the information for the viewer.

I used a nivo slide show to allow me to place more photos into the banner. Each photo has its own caption with a READ MORE section for the viewer to follow up with. At the very top of the website, I placed a temperature tab for people who are considering Biking around New Britain so that they can dress appropriately. Something like this could drive more traffic to your page on a daily basis.

Overall this website has a fun appeal for people of all ages, that is organized well and is interesting to look at.
