Taking the reins of the Vads project, a campaign creation and management platform, I was tasked with overhauling the design based on PTDS and refining the user interface. Facing the challenge of redesigning a dashboard with complex data, I meticulously read documents, analyzed competitors' flows, and utilized FigJam to gather insights.

The design process involved close collaboration with React developers to ensure seamless integration with existing components. Discussions on data representation and chart choices were crucial for a cohesive design.
