Quick Intro

Stenn International is a global provider of financial services and trade financing solutions, focusing on facilitating cross-border transactions for businesses. It specializes in supply chain finance, offering innovative funding options to enhance liquidity and streamline international trade processes. Stenn supports a wide range of industries, helping companies to overcome financial barriers and expand their global reach.

Challenge

The primary objectives of the project were:

  1. Ensuring users grasp the service's essence.

  2. Reducing erroneous inquiries from individuals.

  3. Simplifying complex products for easy understanding.

  4. Enhancing user trust.

  5. Highlighting the fintech product's strongest features.

  6. Providing easy and transparent navigation.

Overview

Through collaborative efforts with the Snenn team, we crafted a sleek and succinct corporate website that embodies modernity and cutting-edge technology, bridging it with the reliability and trust characteristic of traditional high street banks.

Every element of the site has been meticulously calibrated to address the queries of various user roles, segment them according to their interests, and guide each into their respective funnel.

Navigation that is effortlessly intuitive

The navigation's light and transparent structure allows users to easily orient themselves, understanding their current location and the information available to them. User cases included not only the experiences of new users but also the needs of existing clients, partners, and investors.

The purple template of the Hero section clearly indicates that the user has landed on an important product page.

All the essentials on the first screen

The target audience comprises users already familiar with how factoring works. However, our task was to filter out leads from non-target audiences, such as users who previously arrived seeking loans for purposes like purchasing a phone.

We explain the financing process, outlining its stages, and invite users to immediately begin assessing their options.

Concentrating on the key priorities

The Hero section showcases the potential of factoring, illustrating how one can easily and remotely secure financing for their trade supply.

Focus on user queries that already contain answers

Instead of overwhelming users with an abundance of information and accelerating banner blindness, we highlighted the essentials, allowing users to decide what they want to explore and in what order.

This approach also enabled us to track the interests of users from different traffic sources, enhancing the conversion from advertising materials and landing pages. Importantly, it significantly improved the quality of content.

Building Trust

The succinctly assembled Bento section helps to convey the brand's strength, geography, achievements, and offers a deeper insight into Stenn from the founder's perspective, alongside detailed explanations of how it operates.

Other Information and Service Pages

Each page serves its purpose, aiding users in understanding how it works, offering financing solutions for their supplies, answering questions, and most importantly, initiating the assessment of potential financing amounts.

Optimised Mobile Experience

The adapted mobile experience ensures that users on mobile devices enjoy the same quality user experience as those on desktop.

Balanced Visual Language

Accelerating web development during the design and development phases by twofold was made possible through close collaboration with front-end developers and the design system and UI kit for the corporate website that I created.

Consistency of the Design System

To achieve consistency in the brand's visual language, a design token system was created, encompassing variables for spacing, colors, border radii, typography, and much more.

Control of Colors and Fundamental Variables

Each design token is linked to the foundational color palette, enabling control over the number of key colors and their shades, and facilitating easy adjustments in the future as needed.

Through collaborative efforts within Snenn, our extensive team successfully refreshed the brand's visual identity while preserving its strict logo and core business principles. We revamped the corporate website to be contemporary yet conservatively aligned with the traditions of high street banking.

As a result, we achieved impressive conversion rates and reduced the number of non-targeted inquiries from customers outside our target audience.
