Flower Pattern Designs and Mockups

I designed these leaf patterns to bring a little piece of the outdoors into your daily life. They're simple, cheerful, and full of colors that remind you of fall leaves under a clear sky. I made sure they look great on everything from your phone to the bag you carry. My hope? To make you smile every time you see them.

The process

Inspiration and Conceptualization: The inspiration came from the beauty of nature and my grandmother's garden when I was a kid. Also my time living outside Ecuador, where I could see the changing colors of leaves in different seasons.

  1. Sketching and Designing: begin by sketching leaves, experimenting with shapes and sizes. Making use of traditional drawing methods and digital tools to create the initial designs.

  2. Digitization: After sketching, the designs are created on digital form, giving al details to it. using graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator). Then playing with colors, adjusting colors, sizes, and layout to create a seamless pattern.

  3. Creating the Pattern: The individual leaf designs are then arranged to form a repeating pattern. Ensuring the pattern is balanced and visually appealing when printed on different surfaces and items.

  4. Finally mockups: Finding mockups that help visualize on how many things this pattern can be applied to.
