I bet you are excited about Thanksgiving, so here is a way to help you burn those turkey calories :)
I am using the run keeper application to track my running metrics but I thought it would be great to have a widget on my mac to see my workout summary in a timeline view. The idea is when you open the time line view on the left, it gives you a quick summary of your workout and you can click on each component to see the details.
