Bobcat

Last month I collaborated with a fellow printmaker on an art show at his studio, where I supplied him with designs, and he printed them. It was a fun challenge, not only create an entire new body of work, but also to push his abilities as a screen printer, with overlays, transparent colors, and gradients. I was afraid that rushing to finish all the designs in time, some would fall flat, but I surprised myself by being excited about them all, up through the last one(this).

I was told that based on the colors, it's more likely a Lynx, to which I deferred artistic license. Grey would be boring.

The Bobcat is 11" x 14" and is a four color print, with one metallic overlay
