Hello everyone! We're glad to share my latest design concept for a Real estate application that simplifies managing Flat/ Villa's Rents.

The main screen displays the flats listing and filters. User can easily check the revenu of current month, past month and history of rents. How much rent is due and completed. Its have 3 parts of complete app. 1.) Super Admin - who can manage the all flat/ villla's rents. 2. ) Manager admin - Who can manage the rents of per flat's or villa's by community. He can also check the how much rent is due and paid. 3.) User/ Rental - Who can know the history of rent and make payment for upcoming rentals.

The complete app Ui will be published in next upcoming days. Right now i am sharing the main screen and search listing.
