Enabling autonomy for SmartCat’s marketing team

In their own words, SmartCat is a “Brain Powered AI Company”; a service-based company specializing in delivering comprehensive data solutions for businesses.

Challenges

Their marketing team was dissatisfied with their current website at the time, because they found it too rigid in terms of content management. They were not able to independently edit, and add new content, which required a long-winded collaboration with their website partner at the time every time they wanted to make an update.

Solutions

Superawesome collaborated tightly with SmartCat’s marketing department, and CEO Nenad Bozic to completely redesign their website, and develop it in WordPress in such a way that their non-tech marketing department is able to completely manage all content, and create new completely independently.

The website is implemented in such a way that no technical know-how, or design sense is required by their editors, because of the pre-made blocks which make content creation essentially a drag-and-drop exercise.

Outcomes

SmartCat’s marketing team is able to manage the website much more efficiently, making it more current, and they no longer need to rely on a third party for updates. Not to mention that they have eliminated all the costs of working with a third party for these purposes — both financial, and operational.
