Indie A-List Gift Guide Inside

Current WIP - An initial mock-up of the inside pages for the Indie A-List Holiday Gift Guide catalog, which will be a hyperlinked PDF, so shoppers can easily browse and click to go to the product page or shop site.

It has some elements incorporated from the cover, like the photos of the branches in the header bar and the ribbons over the page number. I may find different stock art package images for the Click to Gift section to add some variety, but I'm not sure yet.
