DailyUI 004 Calculator

The calculator assignment stumped me. Then I thought about when I typically use a calculator, and it's when I'm paying bills and doing finances. Typically I use the calculator on my phone and a post-it note to write down totals that I want to add up later. Calculators usually can just remember 1 memory function that you can use or add to but isn't ever visible.

I thought it would be nice to have multiple memory "slots" that become actual buttons you can tap. You add the current total to a slot by tapping the "+M#" for the corresponding slot.

So from this mockup, if I tapped +M3, the white space to the right of +M3 would turn into a gray tappable button with the value of 452.

If I tapped +M1, the calculator would add the current value, 452, to the M1 memory value, 684, thus making the M1 memory button 1136.

(Note, it might be nice to be able to add or subtract the current value to/from memory slots, rather than just add...)

Slide left on a memory button to clear its value.
