The Problem Why I redesign: The app is generally user-friendly, but it has one significant usability issue. When users add a new phone number, the feedback they receive can be misleading,making it seem as if money has been sent by mistake. This can confuse users. the overall functionality and flow of the app are good, and most complaints are related to the app's user interface design.
Goals: The purpose of redesigning the Meezan Bank app is to improve its user interface and make it more visually appealing, clean, and aligned with current design trends. We fix this specific problem by changing the way the app provides feedback during the process of adding a new phone number.
