CRM Dashboard Interface WIP

Assigned as the product designer for this in-house CRM system for our company, we have a quite small project team (1.5 front-end, 1.5 dev for CRM backend, two other dev for data services and I'm in charge of most part of the UX design and the interface design.

The UX was done with a mixture of the tools, including
- Pencil + Dotted Paper
- Microsoft Surface Stylus drawing on Bamboo PAPER
(This above two are both my preferred way, especially pencil and paper, I'll be more productive in this way)

However, due to that working on CRM projects requires dealing with tables and data a lot, so I finally switched to something with an easy copy-and-paste capability and preferred some tool with built-in table grid generator, i used

- Balsamiq Mockups 3

For the interaction details, we used invisionapp.com to link all the mockups I done freehand and in Balsamiq, in this way, the devs completed 90% of the functions including front-end interactions two weeks before the launch.

However, I strongly believe a good UI is still the key to our success. Since there could be thousands of sales reps using our app more than 10 hours a day, I need to consider it carefully to really assist their work. I think I need some minimal UI design to make it more intuitive for the user. I dedicated myself working on the UI design since Oct 23rd. Now you can see some WIP.

Please comment below and let me know if you like it or not.

Well, I'm glad to be one of the players on dribbble, finally. I should thank dribbble, which in the past few years, have gave me a lot of inspiration for many projects.

And I hope to learn much more from you guys. Thank you guys and good luck.
