This project is very special for our team, and we did our best to provide the best experience to its users.
In today's fast-paced world, stress and anxiety have become all too common, affecting our sleep, self-esteem, relationships, and overall quality of life. One of the ways to cope with destructive emotions and feel better is meditation and mindful physical activity.
This is where Bloom can help. Designed with a user-centric approach, it helps users stay motivated and refocus from achievements to slowing down and enjoying the experience. Bloom experts offer users a variety of activities tailored to suit their preferences and health conditions, all with a strong emphasis on personal comfort and self-love.
The weekly planning is personalised to users’ level of physical activity and health conditions, including 3 types of content: Movement, Meditation and Lifestyle.
Also, we collect a playlist of sessions based on the user’s goals on the application. So, each time a user makes an effort to meditate or work out, they can see progress in their goal even if they don’t feel it yet.
We designed the symbols to display the main categories to make the content more visually distinguished and easily recognised.
