Archviz: nZEB House / City: Bacău, Romania

The concept of this nZEB house was meant to inspire and impress, so our Renderings had to be at the same level. With that being said, we tried to respect our clients's needs as much as possible. More precisely, they wanted two images with two different moods. That's why we have made a beautiful cloudy evening mood and for the other image we have created a day scene.

As a real estate developing company, they wanted to sell as fast as possible and because of that we were glad that we could create the 3D visualization right from the design stage. Because of our professional images (used in the Marketing campaings), the 6 similar houses were sold out in just 2 weeks. Thus, the client can keep both images for the next similar house projects that they are planning to build and sell.
