Gooey Code + RH (WIP continued)

Still tweaking/playing with "gooey code" - trying to figure out the best way to add to an animation and possible uses. I combined it with @Adam Plouff 's RubberHose!

This entire animation is driven off the "Hip Controller" and then the two "Ankle Controllers" - so this animation is a grand total of 7 keyframes :)
