    Does everything need to have gloss, shine and texture? Does the flatness generate confusion for you? The black dots are the "points" on the chart, everything else is just styling...

    What's needed to add depth is a little gradient or some dropshadows. I mean this for the white box and the tags on the side. If not, something that doesn't add depth, but separated the boxes from the background nicely would be a border. Right now things flow into each other and there's no hierarchy. With the black dots, if you changed them to white and added a small dropshadow to the circle, it might look better and they wouldn't be as bulky.
