Fursetgruppen Catering (part of Fursetgruppen Restaurant Group in Norway) is a full-service caterer delivering restaurant-quality food to a wide range of events & happenings. After the client's desire to become Norway's leading caterer, we felt an urge to challenge the visual language in the catering industry. The concept of the identity is carved down to the bone, with the single keyword ‘plate’ — from which food is eaten or served — in mind. A plate of food is the connection between the entire restaurant industry. This geometric form gave us an idea to create a universe of abstract circles to emphasize the different characteristics of FG Catering, including full-service: from A – Z catering, overall quality, sustainability, agricultural economics, humility and positivity. The circular shapes act differently based on the environment they appear in.
