Thank you - An SVG animation

I made this SVG animation for a thank-you page I am working on for a client project. It appears after you sign up for a beta.

P.S. I never seem to be able to get my gif animations as smooth as some other people here on Dribbble. If anyone has some secret tips to share it would be much appreciated!
